Refund policy
We want you to love your School of Rock Tucson merch! Because all items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.
Damages & Defects
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly provide a free replacement.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 30 days of delivery at tucson@schoolofrock.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Once reviewed, we’ll work quickly to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized merchandise
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement cannot be provided. If approved, refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.
